Rabbit News aggregates content from various third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of the external news content. The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Gigantic Bear. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites.
You retain full ownership of the notes, tasks, and data you create used in our Productivity Suite. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. However, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data. We shall not be liable for any data loss caused by system errors or outages.
Our AI features (including the Chat Assistant, Tarot, and Bazi) utilize probabilistic algorithms and Large Language Models. You acknowledge that:
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all files and images you upload to our Storage. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright laws or our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gigantic Bear Studio. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Gigantic Bear Studio.
We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and request data deletion.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GIGANTIC BEAR STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Yukine and Kohaku are AI-powered assistants that provide intelligent conversation, content generation, task management, real-time translation, presentation creation, and productivity features within the Gigantic Bear platform. They operate using third-party Large Language Models and may integrate with Google services (including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Analytics, and Gmail) when explicitly authorized by you.
When you choose to connect your Google account with Yukine or Kohaku, you authorize the Service to access specific Google APIs on your behalf. By granting this authorization, you acknowledge that:
Responses generated by Yukine and Kohaku are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:
